Filling up and tying off water balloons manually isn't a fast enough strategy when engaged in a total water war with the neighborhood, but this cool new Tie-Not - Water Balloon Filler And Tying Tool lets you create a fully armed and operational water balloon in just seconds. Just attach it to your garden hose, slide on an empty balloon, use the orange plunger to fill the balloon up to the desired size, loop the balloon neck around the tool once, thread the end through the slot, pull and it's tied and ready to launch.
