This cool new Karoto may look like a giant pencil sharpener, but it's actually used for sharpening, peeling, and making ribbon curls from carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, and other vegetables instead. To sharpen and create curls, simply insert the end of a vegetable into the top hole and twist or use the built-in straight vegetable peeler on the bottom to peel. It's perfect for easily creating fancy vegetable ribbon curls to use as tasty edible flair in soups and salads or to just garnish dishes with and, with proper supervision, you can probably trick your kids into doing it all for you.
