The cool new Grill It - Smokeless Indoor Stovetop Grill lets you safely grill up foods indoors anytime of the year right on the stove without any smoke. Just set the stainless steel flavor ring down over the stove's burner (gas, electric, and even induction cooktops), pour in any marinades, sauces, broths, wines, or beer to the ring to add extra flavor, and insert the double-coated, non-stick grill plate in the center. As you grill your steaks, burgers, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, all the grease, oil and smoke is captured or runs off safely into the ring below.

As I write this, it's currently a horrifying 2° here at Headquarters, so I think I just convinced myself to pick one of these up rather than venture outside to grill / freeze.
