The cool new Grill and Sear Wok Plancha combines a central cast-iron grate for high-heat searing surrounded by a 4-zoned raised stainless steel perimeter for lower-temperature cooking. To use, just pre-heat on the grill, sear your veggies and sides first on the grate and slide them over to the lower temperature sides, then cook your steak, burger, chicken, and more in the center again. Less mess, less flare-ups, and evenly controlled heat. Check out the demo video below to see it in action. Fajitas are sounding mighty tasty right now.
