The Camp Chef Turkey Cannon finally brings the incredible succulent flavor and moisture of beer can chicken roasting to turkeys and other large poultry. The Turkey Cannon is a cool new stainless steel hollow roasting arm that can be filled with beer, wine or other flavorings to not only add flavor while cooking, but for adding moisture too. Simply fill up the tube, shove it up the poor turkey's behind, place it on the grill or in the oven and let it roast. The steam cooks and infuses flavor in the turkey from the inside-out and the grill's heat cooks from the outside-in. In no time at all, you'll be enjoying a tender, moist and delicious meal.
