The cool new Ceramic Cold Smoker Dish by Francesco Sillitti lets you quickly and easily add an extra layer of smoky flavor to your foods without much hassle. Just place foods in the bottom half of the dish, cover with the domed lid, fill the top combustion chamber of the lid with low resin sawdust from birch, walnut, olive trees, and more, and light it. The smoke from the sawdust gets drawn down through the holes in the chamber to effectively engulf the food placed inside, adding appetizing smoke flavor. Perfect for cold-smoking just about anything.
