Sure you could get a regular smoker box for your gas grill to add that rich wood smoke flavor to your steaks, chops and seafood, but that turns the entire grill into a smoker. Now you can smoke one thing and grill another with the cool new Stainless Steel Smoker Box. Simply fill this unique, heavy-gauge stainless steel smoker box with soaked aromatic wood chips or fragrant herbs, preheat it on an outdoor grill to get the smoke going and then place your food on the perforated tray and cover with the lid.
