The Grillworks is the ultimate natural hardwood grill for hardcore summer BBQing. This impressive heavy-duty grill has a massive 42" W x 19" D cooking surface that can be raised or lowered by 16" over the flames of burning wood beneath it by turning a flywheel on the side. It features removable slanted V-shaped grates that help to channel juices and fat to a drip pan in front for basting and sauce prep and for reducing flare ups. The grillworks is hand-built in the USA from brushed 304-grade stainless steel for a lifetime of fiery gourmet cooking. Is this backyard barbeque overkill? You bet, in the best possible way!
