This cool new Solo Stove Steelfire is a versatile outdoor stainless steel griddle built with a commercial-grade 3-ply clad stainless steel surface atop an innovative Racetrack Burner design for even, edge-to-edge cooking with zero cold spots. Unlike cast iron griddles, this one heats up to 35% faster (around 7 minutes), requires no seasoning, will not rust, and it cleans up with ease. It features a generous temperature range from 300° F to 800° F for high-heat searing, is propane-fueled, and is available either as a standalone griddle (perfect for tailgating) or with a modular griddle stand with fold-down side shelves, integrated propane tank storage, locking wheels, and powder-coated steel construction. It's perfect for making pancakes, steaks, chicken, bacon, eggs, smash burgers, shrimp, sausages, grilled sandwiches, fried rice, fajitas, sautéed vegetables, and so much more.
