Pickle Pie - Sliced Dill Pickles and Crunchy Potato Chips Pizza
Despite all the haters out there, I think pineapple on a pizza is the best. If I have to endure a frozen pizza, I also like to get creative and add additional unusual toppings to give it a little more culinary pizzaz, like dill pickle slices. While not the most obvious pizza topping, pickles actually give a slice of pizza a unique and oddly complimentary tangy dill flavor, but I never thought to add potato chips to the mix as well. Well, award-winning chef and restaurateur Ann Kim and Target have teamed up to create this cool new Pickle Pie. This fun gourmet frozen pizza has a wood-fired crust that's topped with ranch sauce, mozzarella cheese, sliced dill pickles, and crunchy potato chips. They say it pairs perfectly with an ice cold lager beer and this all just sounds really tasty right now. 🥒🥔🍕🍺😋
