The kids today really don't know how well they have it. This cool new Silverlit FPV Spy Rover is a remote controlled all-terrain vehicle with a real-time video camera on board that streams live video back to the driver wearing first person viewing goggles, allowing them to feel like they are inside driving the rover around. This isn't some crazy military technology that fell out of the back of a truck on route to secret testing base, this is actually a kid's toy. This little spy rover not only puts you in the driver's seat so to speak, it also lets you pan and tilt the camera around, zoom in and out, capture audio, and even store the video spy evidence on a micro SD card. If I had this thing back in the 80s, I would totally have made a mini movie about it driving into the Ewok Village / backyard woods and rescuing the GI Joes from the evil Megatron. I can't even imagine what will be out there in the 5 years and beyond.
