Check out this cool new See Through Glass Deep Fryer. The problem with most deep fryers is that you have to keep lifting the basket from the hot oil to monitor the food, which means longer frying times and crispiness. This 2 quart deep fryer uses 1/4-inch thick, heat-resistant borosilicate glass (same as lab beakers) to allow you to witness the deep frying of your french, fries, onion rings, cheese, vegetables, donuts, shrimp, etc. in action. Hmm -- This is one cool small kitchen appliance, but I gotta go, I'm hungry.
