Some consider the Japanese katana sword to be one of the finest cutting weapons in military history and, if shrunk way down, also happens to make one of the finest bookmarks as you can see with these cool new yet quite feudal Japan-inspired Kaneyoshi Japanese Katana Sword Bookmarks. Handmade in a Saitama Prefecture metalwork factory, these miniature metal katana swords feature the iconic long, curved blades, tsuba hand guards, tsuka hilts, and are decorated with an Edo period asanoha (hemp leaf) motif. These potentially lethal placeholders are intended for peaceful book-reading only and are available in two versions: gold-tinted brass or stainless steel.
