If you love instant noodles, then make these cool new Cupmen - Instant Noodle Readiness Indicators and Lid Holders from designer Akira Mabuchi in Japan part of your daily ramen making ritual. Just add hot water to your instant noodle cup, fold down the paper flap on top, and then hang one of these whimsical little temperature-sensitive silicone figures on the edge to hold it down. They not only help to keep the lid closed, they also change color as the temperature rises. In about three minutes, the figure will turn completely white and your ramen noodle fix will be ready. The set includes three instant noodle lid figures in red, blue and orange.
