Chef'n Switchit - French Press Stirrer and Timer
This cool new Chef'n Switchit is a French press coffee silicone stirrer with a built-in 4 minute timer - the ideal brewing time for perfect French press coffee. Just add your course coffee grounds to your French press, fill with boiling hot water, and activate the timer on the stirrer. After one minute passes, stir the coffee grounds to agitate and blend with the water, replace the lid, and let it sit for the remaining three minutes. When the timer reaches zero, press down on the plunger to filter the grounds from the coffee, pour, and enjoy. The stirrer can also be used as a scraper later to help remove the coffee grounds from the press. The silicone construction makes it heat-resistant up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and it's safe to use with glass.
