These cool new Tovolo Prep and Serve Trays are a set of color-coded nesting trays that let you easily prep and transfer raw meat to the grill on the red tray and then transfer back the cooked version to serve on the black tray without any worries of cross-contamination. The trays feature ridges and grooves to safely contain the juices annd are made of lightweight, dishwasher safe melamine. A truly convenient grilling solution. Available in two sizes.
