This cool new Inflatable Party Hat For Cats lets your furry feline friend join in at birthday parties or maybe even their own... if you like to throw birthday parties for cats. While it may look like a normal paper party hat, this festive little cat-sized version is made from comfortable inflatable vinyl and has a four-point elastic strap to keep it on their head. That is, if you can actually get it on a cat in the first place without getting brutally scratched, bitten, and then devoured. Hmm, if you do get it on them and then get that particular sinister look that more or less translates to, "Get this $#&@ing hat off me, RIGHT MEOW!", snap a quick picture as fast as you can and have a laugh.
