Abashiri Blue Beer From Japan
Abashiri is a city way up in the Northern Okhotsk Subprefecture of Hokkaido, Japan that is known for its prison, its drift ice, its cold temperature, and its beer, especially the bluest beer in the world, Abashiri Blue Beer. When you pour this can of beer into a glass you may think that it comes from the infamous Cantina bar in Star Wars, but it's actually made with cool ingredients like local flowers, seaweed, Chinese Yam, and water from melted icebergs in the Sea of Okhotsk to give it its unique aqua blue color. Even weirder, it tastes just like beer, except it's blue. Cool. Please drink responsibly, no matter the color.
