I just bought some cheddar cheese that was aged like 10 years or something and two days later it was somehow covered in mold. I learned that when dealing with gourmet cheeses, simply tossing the wedge into a plastic bag in the fridge isn't really ideal. The solution is to use these cool new Formaticum Cheese Storage Bags.
