These extreme candy balls are made with the infamous Bhut Jolokia AKA the Ghost Pepper AKA the world's hottest pepper, which has a heat rating of over 1 million scoville units, and then dusted with even more Ghost Pepper chili powder to make them even tastier. Seriously, these evil edible balls should not be used for pranks (although it's kinda funny), not to be given to trick-or-treaters and you should always wash your hands thoroughly after touching them.
