The cool new Kobalt Double Drive Screwdriver lets you drive screws 2X faster than a regular ratcheting screwdriver, because when you hold the collar and turn the handle back and forth, it's continuously turning the bit forward. It features all metal gears, high torque that exceeds applicable ASME / ANSI specifications, a durable Holster for easy tool storage and includes 21 slotted, Phillips, square, hex, and star bits and 6 nut drivers. It also works as a regular ratcheting screwdriver when you release the collar and can be set to reverse by flipping a switch. A screwdriver with double the speed sounds like a good solution to me.
