The cool new Neato XV-11 - All-Floor Laser Guided Robotic Vacuum is much more than a wandering carpet sweeper that bounces around the room, it's an intelligent and efficient all-floor cleaning machine that is thankfully only programmed to eliminate dirt!

The Neato XV-11 uses an RPS Laser Mapping System to create an updatable map of everything in its surroundings, including furniture, objects and doorways, and then automatically vacuums around them in the most methodical path without touching anything. It starts by vacuuming the room's perimeter and then goes in a back and forth straight-line pattern without ever traveling over the same spot twice. By efficiently moving about the room, it's able to conserve power for its high-performance centrifugal compression impeller that creates sustained high-powered suction to remove all kinds of dirt and debris, including pet hair, on all flooring surfaces. When it needs to recharge, it automatically returns to its charging station to power up and can even be programmed to vacuum daily or on a custom schedule.
