Batteries are the biggest ripoff items in the history of the planet. None of them seem any longer lasting than the rest, everything requires them nowadays, they're super expensive and they wreak havoc with the environment. Sure you could get rechargeable batteries, but that charger then takes up another household electrical outlet and you probably won't even be able to find it. Well here's something better, the USBCell - USB Rechargeable Batteries. That's right, when these batteries start losing their juice, simply flip open the top, reveal the built-in USB charging connector and plug it into your computer, laptop or other USB hub for a quick recharge. I don't know if these are cool per se, but they're definitely an innovative solution to this complete battery ridiculousness.
