This cool new Zassenhaus Cast Iron Spice Grinder grinds and pulverizes fresh spices and herbs, dried peppers, seeds, and more with just a few twists. Just place whatever you wish to crush and grind into the cast iron bowl, twist to grind down to a coarse texture or a fine powder, then pour into the outer cast iron grinder cup, and place the beechwood lid on top to store any unused portions. It's a unique alternative to the old-fashioned mortar and pestle.
