This cool new Silpat Perfect Pizza Mat is a round, flexible, and ultra non-stick silicone sheet pan liner for baking up gourmet homemade pizzas, artisan breads, cookies, cakes, pies, flatbreads, and more with optimal browning and heat conduction - no oils, sprays, grease, butter, or parchment paper required. This unique baking mat is constructed from fiberglass mesh coated with the highest quality food grade silicone which has tiny perforations on the surface to allow maximum heat circulation for the crispiest of crusts and easy release. It's temperature safe for use in the oven, microwave, and freezer (-40° F to 500° F) and its non-stick surface is also ideal for rolling out dough as well before baking.
