This cool new Zyliss SmoothSlizer is an innovative rotary slicer that creates unbroken spirals, sheets, and ribbons from a variety of cylindrical vegetables and fruits for a healthier, lighter, and low-carb alternative to traditional pasta. Just grab a butternut squash, beetroot, sweet potato, regular potato, cucumber, apple, pear, or other veggie or fruit that fits, choose from one of the three interchangeable stainless-steel blades, and then simply turn the crank while pushing the slicer towards the spinning vegetable to create the pasta shapes.
