This cool new Zyliss SmoothSlizer is an innovative rotary slicer that creates unbroken spirals, sheets, and ribbons from a variety of cylindrical vegetables and fruits for a healthier, lighter, and low-carb alternative to traditional pasta. Just grab a butternut squash, beetroot, sweet potato, regular potato, cucumber, apple, pear, or other veggie or fruit that fits, choose from one of the three interchangeable stainless-steel blades, and then simply turn the crank while pushing the slicer towards the spinning vegetable to create the pasta shapes. It even includes recipes to give you some ideas to get started. Check out the video below to see it in action.
