When making gravy or preparing soups, stock, or stews, now you can easily skim off the fat with this cool new Fat Skimming Ladle. Just insert this innovative ladle into the pot, let the fat float to the top, and then lift and tilt it back to drain the good stuff back into the pot while leaving just the fat in the ladle to dispose of. It's constructed from stainless steel, has a hanging hook on the end, and a rear spout on the back. It's also great for draining soups and more while serving.
