The cool new Oregon Scientific ATC Chameleon is a tiny dual-lens action camera that can capture high quality 720p video at 30fps per lens in two directions simultaneously. It's compatible with all ATC mountings and is splash-proof by design, so capturing the action and your reaction while biking, snowboarding, skateboarding, or even just walking the dog in the rain is ok, but kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, or diving off a cliff would require the optional waterproof casing that lets it go 60m deep.
