If you're a super snob about ice cube perfection, then check out these cool new U-Cube Polar Ice Trays. These innovative ice cube molds create single crystal clear ice cubes in triangle, natural rock, and traditional cube shapes. With regular ice cube trays, air bubbles and impurities cloud the cube as it freezes from all sides, but these trays have an insulated bottom with only the surface being exposed to the cold helping to replicate the way ice forms in nature by freezing water layer by layer, pushing everything down to the bottom. The only question you need to ask yourself is whether or not cloudy ice truly bothers you.
