The cool new Giro Apple Slicer literally puts a whole new spin on coring and slicing an apple. The sleek stainless steel blade quickly twists down through the apple and around the core in one smooth fluid motion, leaving a fun spiral shape.

It's a great tool for making unique apple snacks or garnishes and can even be used as a cover for half-finished apples to keep them from oxidizing. I wonder if it can be used for spiralling potatoes too?
