This cool new Ratchet Mill from Sur La Table makes it easier than ever to grind fresh pepper, sea salt, and other spices using a high-performance ratcheting grinder. To use, conveniently fill the clear hopper by pulling down the side-loading funnel, choose from 5 coarseness settings at the base, and then move the turbo crank handle on top back and forth to quickly grind peppercorns, salt crystals, and other spices with ease against a ceramic stone grinder. It's available in either a 1/3-cup original size or a 3/4-cup XL size. Check out the video below to see it in action.
