2-in-1 Canopy-Covered Wooden Sandbox with Fold-Out Picnic Table
When I was little, I remember sitting out in my turtle-shaped sandbox waiting for a Han Solo action figure that I froze inside a "carbonite" ice cube to melt down in the hot summer sun. I also remember the sunburn later that same day. Well, sandboxes have improved quite a bit since that summer of 1983, like this cool new 2-in-1 Wooden Sandbox from FunXplore.
Not only does this wooden sandbox have an adjustable sun-shielding canopy over it, it also has a built-in fold-out picnic table on the side. The sandbox features solid fir wood construction protected by a water-based stain, 2 bench seats, and a non-woven sand screen that keeps the sand in the box and allows water to drain through. The large fabric canopy can be adjusted to various angles to block the sun and also can be slid down to cover up the sandbox when not in use. The convenient fold-out side picnic table also folds back in on top of the box like a protective wooden lid to keep out unwanted sand-loving critters.
