Polar Ice Cube Molds
We've all seen those sad ads and images where a lonely polar bear or penguin (or even Santa!) is floating out to sea on a melting iceberg, even though they're all good swimmers (except Santa). Well, now you can recreate that scenario every time you chill down a drink with these cool new 3D Polar Ice Cube Molds from designer Atsuhiro Hayashi in Japan. These silicone ice molds create Arctic polar bears and Antarctic penguins that stand on little icebergs that float and melt away on top of your drink. They're a great visual reminder of why it's probably a good idea to make a stronger effort for cleaner water, cleaner air, more sustainable cleaner energy, and having a cleaner, healthier world overall regardless of whether climate change is a natural cycle, human-caused, or a full-blown conspiracy.
