ALIEN Romulus Reebok BB 4000 II Shoe Replicas
Since the 1980s will never die, it makes sense that way into the future everyone will still be dressing up in futuristic takes on 80's fashions, using nostalgic-looking 80's technology because it still looks cool, and soft-rebooting 80's movies with even better practical special effects for the latest generation. So now in the year 2024, we get to wear futuristic 80's shoes from the year 2142 that were inspired by shoes from the year 2179 with these cool new yet quite retro futuristic 1986-inspired ALIEN Romulus Reebok BB 4000 II Mid Shoes. I hope that made sense, because a xenomorph brainbuster just exploded out of my forehead.
Anyways, now you can own a reproduction of the pair of sneakers worn in the new ALIEN Romulus flick that were based on Reebok's 80's BB 4000 II mid shoes. These highly distressed replicas are like a precursor to the Reebok ALIEN Stompers Ellen Ripley and Bishop wore in ALIENS and feature an all-leather upper, a Weyland-Yutani logo on the tongue and heel, an EVA foam midsole, and a solid rubber cupsole with a grippy traction pattern for running from pesky ALIENs and Facehuggers. The downside is that they'll cost you $170, but if you're lucky enough to snag a pair of them on Monday, August 26th at 11:00 pm CDT, you can always make a nice profit reselling them on eBay.
