This cool new 3D Air Stretch Mat from Doctor Air in Japan helps gives you the perfect 10 minute back stretch while lying down using airbags, vibration, and heat. The air bags inflate or deflate depending on whether you choose the mode that inflates a large airbag to to lift and arch your back, the second mode inflates two airbags to twist your waist, or a mix of both. You can also choose massage vibration and heat modes as well. It also has a built-in timer, because you just know you're going to snooze off during this.
