I use a box grater all the time to shred cheeses and more, but finding room to store it is always a problem. The solution is this cool new Fold Flat Grater from Joseph Joseph. When not in use, this handy, space-saving kitchen grater folds flat for easy storage. It features fine and course stainless steel blades, a side comfort grip handle to make grating over food easy and is dishwasher safe. It comes in white, black, green and red. A must have!
