If you love grilling burgers, need to serve up a lot of them at a backyard cookout or tailgating party, or just want to stock up your freezer for the future, then check out this cool new Weston Hamburger Patty Press. This handy hamburger press creates perfect homemade burger patties with an adjustable thickness by simply pressing down on a spring-loaded plunger. To use, just choose a patty thickness between 1/4 and 1-1/2 inches, place a sheet of Hamburger Patty Paper on the base, plop down a ball of seasoned fresh ground beef, venison, or wild game (crab cakes and sausage works too), press down on the spring-loaded plunger button, and voila! it instantly creates and releases a perfect patty that's ready for the grill or freezer.
