Garlic Roaster

Mmm, roasted garlic. This cool new Garlic Roaster is a terra cotta roaster with a lid shaped like a whimsical whole head of garlic. Just add multiple cloves of garlic or the whole thing, drizzle on a little olive oil and salt if desired, and place it in the oven. The terra cotta will absorb the heat evenly allowing the garlic inside to slow roast and caramelize without ever drying it out. When not in use as a roaster, use it to store fresh garlic heads in a decorative way right on your kitchen countertop.
