Bubble waffles AKA eggettes are very popular street snacks in Hong Kong and are kind of like crispy golden pancakes with a bubbled texture and can be rolled up and eaten traditionally plain or topped with fresh fruits. Just whip up some batter, pour it into this unique waffler, and it quickly bakes one up into a large hexagon shape surrounded with bubbles that have a light and tender interior. Best of all, unlike normal syrup-drenched breakfast waffles, bubble waffles can be enjoyed as tasty snacks all day long.
