The cool new Grill Pocket Press lets you quickly and easily make tasty little miniature pocket pies on your grill or in the oven. Just make or get some pie, pizza or empanada dough and roll it down to .125" thickness (eyeball it). Next use the lid to cut out four rounds, place two in the press and add in your favorite fillings or use your imagination. Now place the remaining two rounds over the pies, press down the lid to form and seal them and cook them on a baking stone for about 20-25 minutes. In the end, you'll have two golden brown, piping hot mini-pies made from scratch that are much healthier than the typical store bought frozen ones.
