Designer Furni's new Miller Bamboo Cutting Board is not only a cool affordable cutting board, but it is also very eco-friendly as well. The board itself is made from bamboo which is a very renewable resource and extremely fast growing (up to 3 feet per day!), is 16% harder than maple and absorbs very little moisture. Even better, the Miller Bamboo Cutting board has interchangeable inset stainless steel preparation bowls that sit flush with the board to prevent damage to your knife while you're slicing, dicing and chopping away and non-slip rubber feet so the board doesn't get away from you. I really love the little built-in bowls to keep everything separated.
