Tetris Tumble XL - Giant Interactive Stacking Game on a Tilting Base
Tetris, the classic video game where you try to stack falling tetromino blocks one at a time to create filled horizontal lines that disappear before the pile overflows, has been re-imagined for the physical world with this cool new yet quite 1985-inspired Tetris Tumble XL. Just like the video game, you have to deal with various shaped tetromino blocks, except instead of them falling down one at a time, you have to strategically stack them on a tilting base. If you place a block and the tower tumbles over, you lose. It features all-weather construction so you can play indoors or out, all 7 oversized tetromino block shapes (22 in all), a tilting base that shifts and sways, an oversized die that chooses the block shape, and it includes a handy carrying bag. It's perfect for playing head-to-head or just playing solo to see how high you can stack and balance the blocks without it tumbling over. Unfortunately, you'll have to supply your own Russian Tetris theme music to make it even more maddening to play. Check out the video below to see it in action.
