This powerful 18-inch ceiling-mounted fan has a 360-degree manual swivel to direct up to 3000 CFM of airflow in any direction you wish. It features 3 speeds, has a large handle on the bottom to quickly adjust the direction of the breeze, is damp-rated for covered outdoor installation, has a universal mounting bracket that only requires 2 screws, can be controlled with a remote control, and includes a 6- and 12-inch down rod depending on your ceiling height.
