This cool new Fourneau Bread Oven is a pre-seasoned cast iron baking oven that easily slides into your home's standard oven, allowing you to bake up gourmet artisan breads, pizzas, rolls, and more right in your very own kitchen. Just place the Fourneau in the oven, pre-heat it while you prepare your favorite bread recipe, place it on the included solid maple peel, slide it in, and then close the hatch. The cast iron walls will ensure that the dough is heated evenly and the enclosed space will trap the steam from the baking bread.
