After nearly a century of unrelenting technological audio evolution, we have leapt from Thomas Edison's original phonograph to the iPhones and iPads of the modern world, yet somehow the speaker volume got worse. The solution is to simply fuse old and new like these cool new iPhone and iPad Gramophones. Just slide your iPhone or iPad into the solid walnut dock and the giant iron and brass horn speaker will amplify its volume up to 4X - no Edison electrical power required. It may not be as powerful as an external powered speaker, but it's way more interesting and sculptural. Available for either the iPad or iPhone.
