These cool new Seasoning Sticks let you infuse beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and seafood with flavor from the inside out. Just fill the sticks with minced herbs, garlic, finely-chopped onions, celery, peppercorns, lemon zest, and more, close the clasp, insert into the meat, and roast, grill, or smoke like normal. As it cooks, the flavor will release through the multiple, evenly-spaced perforations and absorb into the meat. When finished, the stainless steel sticks have handy pull rings for easy removal. They come in a set of two of large and small.
