Genuine Chinese Lacquered Mahjong Set

I have played the game Mahjong a handful of times, video game version only, and I really have no idea how to play. From what I can tell, it's a simple tile matching game, but I would totally be willing to learn if I could get my hands on the cool Genuine Chinese Lacquered Mahjong Set. Just look at this thing! From its hand-painted tiles to its handmade laquered fiberboard case, this game is truly a work of art. If you are going to pull out a board game on game night, this will surely impress your friends. It looks like it should come with a free Gremlins mogwai or something.
