Himalayan Salt Vertical Chicken Roaster
Forget those goofy beer can chicken roasters and check out this cool new Charcoal Companion Himalayan Salt Cone instead. This unique vertical chicken roaster for the grill is made from 100% Himalayan salt to impart a mild salty flavor to poultry while it grills over indirect heat or sits in a smoker. To use, just preheat the cone, place the chicken over it, and roast. Since it's cooking from the inside out, it results in quicker cooking times than regular racks as well. Each cone is crafted from trace mineral rich pink salt harvested from ancient salt mines in the far reaches of the Himalayas, is naturally antimicrobial, and includes a stainless steel holder.
