I love Japanese Sake, but I've never had it served in a Masu - Square Cedar Sake Cup. The tradition goes that this square cedar wood sake drinking vessel is placed on a saucer, chilled sake is poured in until it overflows, and then you simply choose a corner to sip from. As you sip, the cedar enhances the sake's flavor and aroma. Repeat as necessary, responsibly of course.
