I was looking to stock up on some more Red Tea, when I came across a bizarre and quite beautiful new product from Adagio Teas. Display Teas are basically tea leaves that are hand-wrapped, tightly packed and dried into a little tea ball. When steeped in hot water, the tea ball slowly unfurls its leaves into a magical blooming flower right before your eyes in your favorite glass cup or tea pot. It's not an everyday tea for sure, but Display Teas definitely make an excellent and interesting choice when serving guests. This kind of makes waiting for tea to brew a lot more fun.
